The PAD membership (pre-authorized debit) doesn’t automatically cancel after 6 months as it’s an ongoing membership. However, you can request to cancel after 6 bill payments without any cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, we don’t freeze or pause memberships. You may process a cancellation request and sign-up again when you’re ready to come back. Note that you will be subject to any price increases.
We need 5-10 business days’ notice before the start of the next month. If you want to cancel on July 1st, we need to know by June 20th.
