Please read these Terms of Service (the “TOS”) carefully before accessing or using our services.
You hereby agree to all of these terms and conditions every time you purchase a service package at the salon.
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
This allows us to fill the appointment time and provide service to clients on our waiting list. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $20, and “no-shows” will be charged $40.
As per our insurance policy and for a comfortable and relaxing environment, we do not allow children under 12 years old to be left unattended in the salon.
Furthermore, no one under the age of 18 years old is allowed inside the tanning rooms.
To avoid any damage to the tanning beds, customers are not allowed to turn on their bellies during tanning if they have finger or toe nail paint.
We may charge a fee ranging from $50 to $350 to the customer if there is any damage to the tanning acrylic.
Customers are responsible for any damage to the tanning equipment during their tanning sessions.
Please be cautious with any items that may cause scratches or damage to the tanning beds, such as red nail polish, keys, mobile phones, shoes, and zippers from clothes.
You may be responsible up to $1,000 in damages to the acrylic glass for any of the following above.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and may cancel your membership or package (without refund) if you act in an aggressive, abusive, intimiadating or disruptive way towards any salon guestst or staff members.
Our tanning salon is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all customers and staff. Intimidating behaviour towards our employees or other customers will not be tolerated. This includes threatening or hostile language, physical gestures, pressuring employees for discounts or any other behaviour that could be deemed intimidating.
We take the safety of our staff and customers very seriously, and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated in our tanning salon. This includes physical or verbal abuse, harassment, foul language, aggressive tones, or any other behaviour that can distrubt the peace of the salon’s environment.
Our tanning salon is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all customers and staff. Any form of abusive behaviour, including discriminatory remarks or actions, sexual harassment, or any other behaviour that could be deemed abusive, will not be tolerated.
We take any reports of abusive behaviour very seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include contacting local authorities.
If you experience or witness any abusive behaviour, please notify our staff immediately. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all.
We own all the content and materials on our website, including trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other intellectual property rights. You may not use our content or materials for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
All sales on products and services are final. We do not issue refunds for any products or services.
Tanning packages (minutes and sessions) expire after 365 days from the date of purchase (unless it is a 30-day membership).
Sharing of minute packages is allowed on a per-situation basis under staff/management approval. We may allow sharing for one spouse.
We do not allow sharing of unlimited packages.
By using our services, you agree not to post negative reviews online.
