It gets withdrawn from your personal chequing/savings account on the 1st day of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend, it’s the following (non-holiday) weekday.
If Monday happens to be a holiday, it will be the next day.
Unfortunately, we cannot delay the payments to a better day of the month for you. It must come out the first day of the month.
Our pre-authorized debit memberships only work with a chequing/savings account. However, we offer the option for you to pay with your credit/debit card at the store and achieve the same discounted price; however, it will be billed all at once.

Since the prices are heavily discounted, we need at least a 6-month commitment from our members for the membership. The commitment starts in the first month of the auto-debit. Not on the day the member signs up. Example: Julie signs-up at the store on August 6th. She will pay at the store, a pro-rated fee from August 6th to August 31st. Then, her first auto-debit and commitment start date will be September 1st.

Note, cancellations must be made by email or written notice. The front desk staff do not have access to cancel your PAD membership.
Note: You must submit a cancellation request before the 26th of the month you wish to cancel. We’re obligated to submit our banking requests 10 business days in advance, so if you cancel too late, we’ve already sent the submission request.
For U.V beds, you’re allowed to tan up to a maximum of once per 24 hours. For spray tanning, you can tan up to 6 times a month.
